Refund Policy
We only accept returns, refunds and exchange for some reasons: Not exactly what you ordered, wrong printed objects, wrong color and size caused by our mistakes.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We only process the refunds when we receive the returned items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Depends on your customer’s card issuer)
If you made a mistake with your order (incorrect address, incorrect size selection etc), or you would like to cancel your order – You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to contact us – if you fail to contact us in this time, it is likely your order has already been dispatched or has entered production (for printed apparel and accessories), we cannot make any changes to your order and refunds are not eligible.
Orders that have not arrived within 60 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
Orders delivered for more than 30 days will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Lunvixy allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind about a product.
All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or nonreturnable.
- For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Lunvixy.
- Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy above.

What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?
We’re sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items/rewards! Let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team contact our Customer Service Team by email : [email protected] with subject ‘Missing Item’, ‘Wrong Item’, or ‘Damaged / Expired Item’.
Please also include the following details in your form:
- Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received
- Name of Item
- Order Number
Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you’re writing in about! Lunvixy may arrange to collect the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
